Harmony Barbershop w/New Rope Drop

Since the rope drop now lets visitors into Main Street, USA, does anyone know the earliest time you can book a reservation for a first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop? We are going in September and would like to do our 1 1/2 year old's haircut there. I'm wondering if they open when Main Street opens up, hence, letting us do the haircut without wasting park time or having to come back after we've been in the park a few hours. I haven't found anything online about Harmony in relation to the new opening hours/new castle rope drop.

We were there at the end of Jan when the new rope drop procedures had just started. The barber shop didnt open until the park opened at 9am. We walked in (without a reservation) right at 9am and didnt have to wait for my DD's haircut. It was a great experience and worth the hassle of backtracking against the crowd down Main Street!
