I want to get my hair cut at Harmony Barber Shop. I heard they can dye your hair and put pixie dust on it. I was wondering what dyes do they have. Or is it only the Mickey ears they dye? And whould any happen to have any pictuers of befor after and during a hair cut or were I might be able to find some? Thanks
:teeth:

The dye is actually colored gels. It washes right out. I do have pictures but unfortuantely I cant post pictures here anymore. If you want I can email them to you.

Thanks that would be awsome :teeth: I'll pm you my addy. Any idea were I could find a list of colors?

Does anyone know if the barbershop is open on Sundays?

T&B

I believe it is open 7 days a week. It was open on Sun 12/28,so Im guessing that is the norm.

As for colors I know they had blue & pink. I want to say they also offered green and maybe red, but Im not sure.

The colors depend on what they have on hand. About two weeks ago all they had was green and yellow. My son has gotten orange and blue in the past.

I've heard they do a special baby's first haircut. Anyone ever done this?

My DD is 5 months now and will be 9 months when we go, she was born with a full head of hair and the first thing I said was, we aren't cutting it until we go to Disney!!

This was first thing Easter Sunday 2003. I received quite a few looks throughout the day. <center>

I can't help about the colors, but we just got our baby girl's first haircut there this weekend and it was a great experience. They put Mickey Mouse stickers all over her to distract her and after they finished cutting her hair, they sprinkled pixie dust on her head. They wrapped up all of the cut hair for us with some pixie dust and gave us a certificate and Mickey Mouse ears with "First Haircut" written on the back to commemorate the occasion. It was really fun, and at $12.50, cheaper than the kids' haircut shop we usually go to at home.

They have a glow in Blacklight gel. They put it in my son's hair the last time he got his haircut there.

Here's a picture of him in Buzz Lightyear. (The barber also put some on my son's face, that's why it is glowing too. ) :D

They put glitter (IE pixie dust) in your hair too. ::MickeyMo
Have Fun!!

I got my girls first hair cut there and the hairdresser was very good to them. She braided the 6 yr old and spent allot of time with my 4 yr old.

I highly reccomend it!

I was just wondering if they french braided girl's hair. This might be fun to do on my DD bday!

We did this with our two boys last year (ages 1 and 3) it was great. The 1 year old received a "First Haircut" certificate and a set of Mickey ears too! The 3 year old got a blue dye spike job with some pixie dust. We took a ton of picture which came out great. And the boys got great and past due haircuts. The cost at the time was $12 per hair cut and we threw in a nice tip. They did a great job keeping the kids entertained while they cut their hair. Everybody was asking where he had his hair "done." Tuesday we are going back for a second round.
