I had them on my house in MN for 1.5 years. For some reason, when the second year started, they stopped sending me bills.

I noticed a couple of months later, phoned my broker who informed me that yep, I owed x amount, which I sent in. A month after that, I moved, again, no bills, until one forwarded letter from them that informs me that my auto has been dropped because I didn't pay the bill they didn't send me.

By this point, I'm living in Canada (still own my MN house) and cannot get local insurance since I don't have a Canadian drivers license yet, because the paperwork I have to get from MN takes 6 weeks. So... no more driving my car for me. I have to rent a vehicle for a month!! Two thousand dollars later, I have my DL and my new insurance. So, on top of moving and all the stresses that entails, Harleysville decides to flake out on me.
That's my Harleysville experience.
