We got our "membership box" in the mail a couple days ago, yesterday I called the number as requested and the cm was just the most incredibly helpful person! All questions were answered,.. where do I sign? I called my banker and he dared me to write the check, ..so I did.. (figuratively speaking of course!)

Then I called for my first "ressie" and what an experience! I thought my ressie was complex, but the young man helping me through the process took it all in stride. Borrowing points, switching some dates, didn't phase him a bit AND I could "hear" the smile in his voice! I had expected everything to be booked up, but got right in! He even gave me choices (lockouts or dedicated) I couldn't make up my mind that fast, so I took one of each! If I had MORE points, I would have made a THIRD ressie, it just went that well! Is it always THIS easy?
