I would feel better if I had an e-mail in hand at check-in on May 31st confirming access (of whatever kind) to WWoHP.

I looked on their website but haven't found an e-mail address for the manager. If you have one would you please share?

We are VERY excited here about (hopefully) getting to finally see it for ourselves!

Opps, thanked you before I looked. I already tried that e-mail twice and both times I got back an undeliverable message from Hotmail.

That is strange. It worked for another poster last week. Maybe it doesn't accept hotmail emails? Perhaps you are spelling it wrong? In the past I have forgotten the s at the end of @loewshotels.com

Nope, I checked - address was right. maybe he got so many DISer e-mails he changed it? lol Might be the Hotmail thing, I don't know. Like I said I tried it twice and it didn't ever go thru.

Universal hasn't firmed up a policy about how they are going to handle guests that didn't book a Harry Potter package yet. We were talking with the VIP tour office the other day.

I have read that here on the Boards. I'm keeping my fingers crossed (and my reservations) hoping it will be in our favor when they make the decision. I have also read where some people have e-mails that seem to promise at least some amount of access and would like to have one with me at the time we go.

just trying to hedge my bet.

Then they should not have told me (three different times by three different customer service reps) that since we booked an onsite room (not HP package) for 6/10-11 prior to the announcement on 3/25 we would have access to WWoHP. I will be very angry if they basically lied or have changed policy since then. Have they backed away from this now?
