Our family stayed for 2 nights in early December and it was great! 
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Our room was on the first floor outlooking the pool. The room was really easy to walk to, but we did not really enjoy having to walk past barking dogs.
We had a Deluxe room which was really big and very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 1 teenager. Loved how close it was to Universal Studios & IOA and we felt safe walking back to the hotel at night.
The only noise we heard was from the music at the pool which lasted till after 11pm on Friday night. Not to mention a huge fight in the hallway at 2 in the morning!!
Room Service was great, so much to choose from on the menu. After such a long flight from Australia thats all we felt like eating at night.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we wish we could have stayed even longer!
