Hard Rock Cafe ??

Hi DH and I would like to go to Hard Rock Cafe but not to the parks. Can we go to eat there without pying admission to the parks? How about parking? Thanks!

We visited City Walk last year without entering the parks. Just use the Universal parking garage and walk into the City Walk area.
