can you get either hard ice cream or soft serve at the parks? somedays i like one , somedays the other. but i sure can eat both.....

They do both. I no at sunshine seasons (Epcot) its hard ice cream and if you get it from the Plaza Ice cream parlor (MK) and Ghirardelli soda fountain (downtown disney) then its soft.
