Hard Goods Replacement at BCV & BWV?

Read this from annual meeting: "Additionally, Disney’s Beach Club Villas and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas are in the planning stage for a hard goods refurbishment. Details will be provided at a future date." Anybody have a well-educated guess as to when this might be done? I was thinking of staying at BWV in September and was hopeful it might be completed by then. Thanks.

BWV was completely renovated in 2009/2010, I doubt they will be doing another one this year. "Planning stages" could be years. BCV hasn't had one, they are more likely to be sooner.

BWV's last hard goods refurb is less than or maybe 5 years ago. Seems soon to do, but as large as the resorts are maybe they do over a long period and they need to get it on the calendar to start.

It will probably just be the coffee table for the BWV that they promised several years ago.
