Hi, anyone know how difficult it is to trade into the Harborside Inn on Martha's Vineyard, in July or August in general? Thinking about trading in there in a year or two.

Also, since it appears that the rooms are like regular hotel rooms with a fridge, would we only be charged for a studio exchange (and how many points that is? I don't see a list of points required for studio exchanges)?

Finally, is there anyone here who might have searched Interval in the past who would know how often trades become available at the Harborside Inn?

I have an idea that the level of accomodations won't be as great as our beloved DVC resorts, but I plan to peek into this resort when DH and I go to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding this June. We are staying elsewhere since we're only going for the weekend, but I'm sure it isn't far, since it's the same village.

Thanks Dissers!

Low quality and low availability. It's poorly rated on TUG and the reviews that are present (two) are not overly positive. Searching II it doesn't show with a higher rated resort and does with a lower one which suggests that II sees it as lower rated as well, it is not 5*. The only units online at II were studios through April and picking up again in Oct. I have not followed this resort routinely. TUG might be a better place to get this type of info.

Thanks, Dean, as always, appreciate your input.
