Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving, Bobbi. Warm in SW Florida. Full moon tonight.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Enjoying another Thanksgiving at Hilton Head, still remembering the year we met up with you the week after Thanksgiving here.

That was fun! I hope we can do that again.

Our guests, four Coast Guard recruits in their 7 week of training just arrived. They have not had access to their phones for the six weeks....lots of chatting on phone now.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours Bobbi and to your 7 guests. Give them our thanks for choosing to protect us all.

--Denise and Wil is cool, wet and cloudy Houston, Texas area.

Happy Thanksgiving from our Poly patio! Midday break after the MK “Mountain Challenge” this a.m. - perfect day so far. We are THANKFUL!

Happy Thanksgiving to you also Bobbi and everyone else.
It's chilly here too in Chester County PA

Happy Thanksgiving Bobbi. Thanks for all your posts and indirect advice. Thanks for hosting an orphans dinner for the future Coasties.

They are looking forward to getting their assignments tomorrow. We hope to be able to get to their graduation in just 3 weeks.

Happy thanksgiving! Just got back from dinner at whispering canyon cafe - it was great, and our almost-3-year-old keeps shouting, “we need ketchup!”

PS the weather has been beautiful here. 60s in the morning quickly getting into the mid70s. It rained once on Tuesday and has been gorgeous since.

How wonderful!!

Whoo-hooo! We woke to rain! YEAH!!!! Thank you, God!

I enjoyed a 6.5 hour TV marathon watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. The first pass started at 5:30a via Verizon's 360 degree LiveStream. Awesome! I paused it often to go feed horses <return to TV; watch some; pause>, to feed the outdoor cats <return to TV; watch some; pause>, to clean the horse pen <return to TV; watch some; pause>, etc. At 9a, I switched over to NBC's coverage to see the shows. Watching the parade twice? Awesome! Of course, 6.5 hours in front of the TV is simply crazy ... so I brought an exercise device into the living room to help keep me moving. Better, right??

My older horse gave me the sweetest hug on my second visit to the paddock. He met me, placed his head on my chest, nickered and then wrapped his head and neck around me with the most beautiful, deep, low nickers. Wowza, what a cool gift! While the Turkey was in the oven, I returned to spend a long time grooming both horses (had I mentioned, we got rain? both were covered in mud). Great lovin' time!

Our Thanksgiving feast was awesome ... and hubby is in football heaven. I took the horses for a late afternoon walkabout. I missed my 10 mile walking goal today (hit just over 8.5) but had a totally fun and blessed day!!

Wonderful!! What a special connection with your horse.

Nothing like a Dead Files marathon on Thanksgiving. Plus put up the tree and put the lights up outside (the boys and Bill did it, I got to supervise since I did all the cooking and cleaning up).
