I signed up to run my first full at WDW 2012. The map confuses me...start, then run out a bit, then circle through Epcot and hit mile 4 around where we started and then head toward MK?

Simply, yes. We start on the right road, circle through the parking lot and then Epcot and at mile 4 pass the start on the left road.
