I love sandwiches. My go-to places are Schlotzsky's, Potbelly, and Jimmy John's, but the best I only get when I am on a Disney Trip - Earl of Sandwich!

I also love sandwiches, but my keto diet makes it a little difficult to enjoy a sandwich like I used to. If I get a hoagie, I transfer the insides to a low carb wrap. It's not as good but it works to give me my sandwich fix.

I also agree with you on the Earl of Sandwich, DH and I always enjoy our annual visit there.

Thanks, unfortunately there is no Jimmy John's close to me. Yes, the bread does make the sandwich, but I'm dealing with the wraps as a substitute. Not quite as good but it does the trick.

Jersey Mike's is good; they do a bowl which is the contents of the sandwich in a bowl and no bread.

What I meant was that Jimmy's is not that great except for their bread which makes it better. It's a step above Subway though in all areas.

Sandwiches are awesome. Love the Earle (don't forget, there is an Earle of Sandwich in Detroit Airport and Vegas Planet Hollywood). I also love D'Angelos and DiGiornos Subs. I think the latter two are regional.

We enjoy a few local restaurants for hoagies and cheesesteaks.

At home I love good 'ol American Cheese, Turkey and Mayo,
usually on white or Italian bread but just now I ate one on good rye bread.
