May I please ask for some personal pixie dust as we have gotten bad news about my only living uncle and now we are in the waiting game. I hated telling my kids this last night..

call mom and see if she is up for a visit on Sunday (this is her only living brother)
maybe scrapbook a few pages

No big plans this weekend as we had our Mother's Day tradition yesterday and it's a good thing because it's a rainy day today. We really need the rain to make the mushrooms grow!!

Afternoon ladies!

Had a early start to our day; went out to breakfast, then the book store and then Rooms to Go for new living room furniture. Our current furniture is 15 years old with couch and chair springs coming to life so it was to time, haha!
Bought a really nice set, very beachy and comfy it should arrive shortly after we get back from vacation - great timing!
