We have always used Mears in the past, but they are getting very expensive, so I checked out Happy Limo and their rates are much lower. We will need a limo from the airport, and a town car on the return. Has anyone used Happy Limo and how did you find their service? Also I recall seeing a coupon somewhere alone the road, anyone know where I can find one?

38 days to go!!!!!!!!

Thanks

We have used happy limo for trips to and from mco - okw - port canaveral. They we're always on time and curteous. Barb and Tony usually have a coupon on their website

Yep, we do have a coupon, and we use them a lot because we do a lot of Disney cruises (we have used them for other Orlando area transfers too). They're always right on time, or even early, with courteous drivers and nice, clean vehicles.

We used Happy Limo a yr ago and had terrible service. If you'd like, I can post an excerpt from my trip report telling the tale. Long story short, I had to call HL 2 out of the 3 legs of our trip. The weren't there waiting for us, as they said they would be. I hope you have a cell phone. I wrote to them and NEVER got even an acknowledgement back.
Last week I used Cartier Towncar and rented a limo!!! I was very impressed with their service. AND THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER without a coupon! CartierTowncar They made a grocery stop for me at Publix, but I'm sure they'd stop anyplace you'd like. They were on time each time and the limo was very nice. I specifically had asked for Diet Sprite and Diet Coke and BOTH ways they had it on ice for us. I also requested Disney movies and those were there too. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!:) Oh, and another thing...HL requires a credit card to make your reservation and adds in 20% gratuity...Cartier does not require a cc, but you can use one to pay when you get there, and YOU decide what the gratuity should be!

we have used happy limo for each of our trips for the past 3 years with no problems at all - they're there at baggage claim with a sign waiting for you, the cars are clean, the drivers have been friendly - last trip, we continued on to universal for a few days, and happy limo picked us up for the transfer from wdw to universal in a stretch limo! (the ride before ours had requested & paid for it - we just got lucky to be the next ride & benefitted from it for free! didn't expect that!)

have used tiffany towncar in the past with no problems until 4 years ago - no one showed up at the airport for us, called & their 800 # was disconnected (!) - stranded! (wound up taking mears that trip just to get to asmo) - never again!! it's happy limo for us now!

We too had problems with Happy Limo. We were waiting and waiting at the port and couldn't even get anyone on the phone! I realize that this was a one time experience and couldn't have happened with any towncar service (at least the being late part, I don't know about the fact that we couldn't reach them by phone). However, my biggest complaint and the reason I won't give them another chance is that I contacted them about our problem after we got home and I never got an acknowledgement or response from them. At the very least, they should have responded to apologize. So the bottom line is that any company can have an isolated incident, but I think a good company tries to maintain good customer relations.

We too used Cartier towncar on our recent trip. They were fabulous -- professional, curteious, and on time. And I too like the fact that I control the gratuity instead of being obligated to 20% if service is poor.

The same thing happened to us...no one to meet us (airport and port!) and I had to try several times before I could get anyone to answer on the phone. (the whole time, I'M paying roaming charges on my phone) I too wrote to HL and have yet to hear one word from them. They claim they will match others prices, but they didn't even bother to try to match Cartier Towncar. I will never give HL another chance to screw up my vacation.
