Just in case this info can be useful to someone, I just booked Happy Limo to send a towncar to the Orlando Bus Station to pick up my mom, and will take her to MCO to meet the rest of us when our flight arrives 2 hours later. The one-way cost is $57, tip included, and a 15 minute grocery stop, so she can get a drink, some snacks, etc.
