Today is driveway paving day here at our house, but as you know, those things are dependent upon weather. Help me figure out the likelihood of the driveway getting done today.

The weatherman says sunny today with no rain, and his record is 2/3 accuracy of prediction. But the NOAA weather service predicts rain, and their record is 3/4.

With no other data available, what is the chance of rain today?

and a BONUS EVIL MATH RIDDLE:
Cami and Lars form a company together. Cami is as old as Lars will be when Cami is twice as old as Lars was when Cami was half as old as the sum of their current ages. Lars is as old as Cami was when Lars was half as old as she will become over ten years.

How old are Cami and Lars?

OK, I need a little clarification on these riddles.

How old are Cami and Lars?

Does it make a difference in their ages that they formed a company together or was that just to throw me off? Because if so, it's working. I just want to know what kinda goods and/or services these two are providing the world together.
