Happy hour

Will be staying at RP at the end of August. Does anyone know where there are happy hours in IOA/USF/Citywalk. The sound of a few $8.00 margaritas by the pool does not sound feasible.

Yes!! In both parks & Citywalk! But I'll have MsDisney answer the exact times & prices, I'm not too sure.

I just returned last evening. There was a sign up on citywalk about 'happy hour' with most of the restaurants offering $1.50 draft beers - ie. Nascar, Margaritaville, Latin Quarter. Near the fossil store and pastamore with there is a stage, they handed out flyers every evening giving free kids meals at Pastamore, NBA and Hard Rock Cafe and 2 for 1 drinks at Margaritaville - plus many many more.

I love my Margarita's, but I didn't see any offering except the coupon I had for Jimmy Buffett's.

Happy Hour is 3-7pm or maybe 4-7pm every day at every CityWalk bar. They offer $1.50 domestic drafts and $2.00 wells.

N.A.S.C.A.R. Cafe has $1.50 drafts (Bud and Bud Light) every day ALL day!

In the parks it is usually 3-5pm or 4-6pm.

At Margaritaville, during the 3-7 happy hour, the house margaritas are 1/2 price (or $3.00?), I believe...

We find NASCAR to be a great spot to have a couple of beers...they have a pretty big bar, an arcade and with the ongoing happy hour prices (all day every day), we're happy!

The only place that doesn't offer happy hour drinks, that I know of, is NBA City...I never understood how they could advertise "every restaurant in Citywalk" etc. when the Skybox lounge at NBA doesn't HAVE happy hour pricing. Pretty sure Hard Rock takes part in it...so it's not the location, I don't think...

Now, IN the park, at IOA you have the Alchemy bar (adjacent to the Enchanted Oak) and the Backwater bar (Confiscos) and at USF you have La Bamba and Finnegans that offer happy hour, generally 3-5 but sometimes 4-6 or even 3-6 as Dznefreek said.

NBA City has Happy Hour. My wife and i were just there this past w/e.

They must have changed it...or I got bad info from them, but I walked right up to the bar one night, during happy hour time...I think while we were waiting to meet Robinrs and son...and they told me they don't have happy hour specials.
Or maybe they didn't want to work!

Either way, that's good to know...was it in the Skybox lounge?

In most of the restaurants, I've had to actually go up to the bar to get happy hour prices, if I was sitting at a table. The exception would be Margaritaville, but only if you're on the porch of indecision...
I wonder if they've changed these rules around...
