Happy Hour Specials?

I just read in The Unofficial Guide to Universal Orlando that The Watering Hole often has happy hour specials for annual pass holders. Are there any other places in either park, CitiWalk, or resorts that offer happy hour special?

There's a good happy hour at Tchoup Chop at RPR. Some $5 apps and drink discounts. We made a dinner out of it twice last month, sitting at the bar and having fun with the bartenders. The kind of drinks and apps we liked were NOT discounted but still a good deal can be had.

i know there is happy hour at bula bar at rpr.
$4 for well drinks.

Many thanks. I read through a lot of threads, but I didn't see this one!

When I was at Universal in December the Watering Hole no longer had happy hour but Backwater Bar in IOA did for everyone, not just passholders. I believe it's the only place inside the parks that still has happy hour and it's 4 til 6 if I remember correctly.

There are also a few Citywalk places that have some type of happy hour but can't remember where except Emeril's and don't remember what that was..

I miss Cigarz in City Walk. If you could stand the smoke, they had lots of draft options and the prices were great.
