Happy Hour At Disneyworld

Does anyone know who has a happy hour at Disneyworld? I know I had seen some place at downtown Disney before but I am not sure what places have something. If anyone knows where or has a list of what they offer that would be great. I know it wouldnt be Happy hour like some bars in the area.
