I went to the mailbox today and found an early Christmas present from DVC.....our dues statement! Atleast the credit card companies are nice enough to wait until AFTER Christmas

Ours arrived today in Tx, on a Rural Route, so our mail is usually a "day late".

The bill seemed a lil confusing, as this is our first full year, found some credits that I am still trying to decpiher. Such as they only estimated Real Estate taxes (SSR) for '04 and the actual was less than the estimate. Is this a normal occurance?

We had a nice surprise in the mail on Christmas Eve from DVC. We received our Member Number, Member Handbook and 2004-2004 Vacation Planner. We were scheduled to have closing (VB 110 point resale) on December 27th, but it went through earlier then we had expected. I guess our 2005 dues statement will be arriving shortly, we did pay our "estimated 2005 dues" with our closing fees two weeks ago.

This is why I avoid the mailbox at all costs! I'll have to send my Dh out to take a look! What can you say.......fun at a price!!!

They underestimated our 2004 taxes at VWL so we owe extra in our first payment. I think they try to guess as accurately as possible.
