Happy Haunts Tour or WOC Dessert Party?

This will be my first trip to DLR and as much as I want to ALL THE THINGS, sadly I can't. I'm already going to Napa Rose Chef's Counter for my birthday (I'll be there 9/9-9/13) and I can do one more "big" thing. I can't choose between the HH tour and dessert party. Each has their merits. I'm a huge Halloween fan and have to do everything fall however Fantasmic is the very last thing I do everytime I go to WDW. Seeing all that Disney magic in one place makes me so happy that I just cry and I go home on a cloud. I plan on watching WOC either way. I just thought the party would be special.

I'm hoping the experts here could give their $.02 to help me make up my mind. Thanks guys!
