Happy Days - First trip with kids

Well, we've booked - October 2004 - Disney World with 3 children aged 5, 3 and 2. What do we do now??????

Has anyone taken 3 small children before? We've read all the guide books and my husband and I have been before but would really appreciate any advice on how to make the most of our first trip with the children. We are staying in the All Star Resorts to make the most of the transportation system and to be close to the 'magic'. But what else???? Has anyone any recomendations???

Hang around and you will get lots of advice. We stayed at All Stars our first family trip and it was great. I recomand Movies for small children. You can start looking at menus and consider which places you might want to eat. You will wnat at least one character meal for sure. October is a good time to go. The only problem with October is it's so far away. . It will go fast!!
