Happy dance slowing a little...

I was getting so incredibly excited that I could just burst! We are going to be there in less than one month. First time we will be there around Christmas (many trips to both DL and WDW but never around the holidays). First time since the kids started coming (over 22 years) that my wife and I will be there alone together. Celebrating our 26th anniversary this trip.

One of the things I like to do to pass the time since I discovered these forums a short time ago is cruise the DIS boards and try to be helpful / answer questions when I can. Gives me a daily dose of Disney.

The only problem is lately the Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies threads have been getting me down. Most of what I see are people who just had bad trips with nasty CMs, dirty bathrooms, horrible crowds, and bad food while being repeatedly run over by strollers or beaten by touring Brazilian/Cheerleader/Pop Warner hoodlums. We were just there in April and it was FANTASTIC as always. Starting to get a little bummed that my trip is going to turn out disappointing. Gotta work on keeping up the good feelings! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will be a fabulous trip... just read the trip report boards instead. They are usually upbeat!!

I was starting to feel that way too. I just started reading the trip reports, reading up on people who just got home, etc. It'll make you feel so much better! You'll have a great time!

I think it is the case where like in a vehicle forum, all you read is threads that people are having problems with thier vehicle. Seems like everyone that has a bad experience has to write about it, while everybody who has a normal experience you don't really hear from. In reality, a strong majority of the people have little or no problems.

I think you will be in this majority
