Yay Mickey!!

The funny thing is that last night I was reading about the birth of Mickey in Neil Gabler's biography of Walt Disney. He must have talked about the time of year like ten times in the book, but it never hit me until just now.

Now it is all the more poigiant that I watched Steamboat Willie on youTube last night as a go-along to what I had read. I was inadvertantly celebrating Mickey's 80 years! BTW, aren't we all glad Mickey has matured from when he was a little rascal playing around on airplanes and hitting on Minnie?
