The dessert party waffles on a pattern of being available at 180 days, and sometimes not (of which we’re in right now). Currently dates have not been made bookable past 5/28, for unknown reasons. That tends to happen from time to time - unfortunately it’s hard to say just when they will become available.

Lots of us are waiting for post-May 27th dates to be released. Good luck and keep an eye out on the boards. I do a daily WDW site check to make sure I've not missed the opening of new dates.
