I just ordered two of these for my daughters for our upcoming lunch at CRT on 1/27. I called 407-824-7091. She asked for my ADR confirmation number and placed the order. She did NOT ask for a credit card, to my surprise. She told me I could pay for them at the restaurant.
My daughters are going to love these!!!!!!!!

No. They no longer let guests pick them up to go.
