Hannah Montana Concert OMG!!! Backstage Passes!!!

I don't know where to post this, but I'm so excited! I started out the day kind of bummed. I had tried and tried to get Hannah Montana tix for my 3 DGDs. I know the day of the show that more tix are usually released....but they had just released more last week. I thought....what the heck...I'll try again. I actually had tix pull up!! I got timed out before I could finish my purchase! I tried again...and got 'em. Went down early, stood in a long line for raffle tix. They wouldn't let youngest granddaughter have a ticket because she didn't have a fan club card. Our numbers were 515122, 515123 and 515124. Wouldn't you know the first number they pull is 515125!!! I was sick...to be so close. BUT, lo and behold the 4th number they call is 515124!!! My DGDs won backstage passes to meet Miley! They were in shock! We go into the arena to be seated (in our nose bleed seats) and ended up in a SUITE that belonged to someone I haven't seen in 20 years!! My granddaughters still can't believe their incredible night. They sat at lunch at school talking about how they wish they could go to the show....little did we know how the night would turn out. DREAMS CAN COME TRUE!!!!

My daughters and I didn't go crazy about the tickets when they went on sale...months ago. And when we got up and got to the ticketmaster outlet to find that they sold out in 3 mins...OMG>>I thought my daughters would be all upset. They were actually very understanding and just chalked it up that they were not going to the concert.

Well they just released some extra tickets about a week ago...and MY DH!! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL>>>COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDING DH ...Got floor seats! OMG. Its a huge secret in our house. They don't know they are going...the concert is on the 1st and I just know they are going to die when we actually get to the arena...

Its amazing what will blow a childs mind these days...but I have a feeling that this concert will probably get me voted in as mom of the year* lol...of course I am their only mom...but its still nice to hear "MOM YOU'RE THE BEST!!"

I picked the oldest up early today. She was supposed to go to a school basketball game tonight. I told her,Mom called and asked me to pick her up....and she couldn't go to the game. She asked why....I said I didn't know, but she had to call her Mother IMMEDIATELY. Mom teased her for a minute or two...pretended like DGD should know why she couldn't go to the game. Her Mom had to tell her 3 TIMES (about the concert)before it sunk in. Then she LOST it!

You guys will have a wonderful time! It is a fantastic show.

Me too!!! The kids were all soooooooo excited! It's so amazing, even my 4 yr DGD was crazy over Miley and the Jonas Brothers. It was so neat to see an arena full of kids having so much fun. That got me caught up in the hype.
