Dallas McKennon is the voice of that, he just passed away July 14th.
He's also done several other disney spiels and mostly animal voices in some Disney movies.

And just a few days after that was Walter...

Some of the great voices from Disney... I hope they never change the Thunder spiel.

I saw his obit in the paper. He did Ben Franklin's voice in Epcot's American Adventure and Zeke in The Country Bear Jamboree also.

He was in the old Daniel Boone series with Fess Parker. Then we bought an Archies DVD and saw him there - he did the voice of Archie. That's when we researched and found out how prolific he was!! He was an amazing talent. But his work lives on!
