Handicapped parking at parks

if you pay for parking at your hotel then park parking is free. Only have to pay for parking once a day
While it does sort of seem that way now, the free theme parking parking was in place long before any WDW resorts charged for overnight parking. So it's a benefit of onsite that has simply carried forward. Also, they no longer use a slip to put in your car - simply have the guard scan your MB when entering the parking lot.

For guests staying offsite, everybody is charged for parking at the theme parks unless you have an AP.

is there any concession for parks only or are we stuck with the daily fee?

1) No.
2) You must still pay the going rate for the vehicle type you use.
3) Only difference, is following the Blue line to the handicap area.

NOTE: If you do not use a device, like a scooter, MK is a bad choice IMHO for handicap parking. It is shorter to park and ride the tram . If your device is easily folded, park and take the tram. (Ask at the toll plaza if the trams are running that day.)
