There is not a "handicapped pass" (as in something that you get just because you have a handicap).
They do have a Guest Assistance Card (we abbreviate it as GAC). The GAC is a card that tells CMs what sort of assistance someone with a disability needs.
Many people with spina bifida need only a wheelchair accessible line/entrance so that they can bring their wheelchair into the attraction with them. In that case, they don't need a GAC.
Most of the lines are actually wheelchair accessible and for the places where there is a different entrance and/or boarding process for someone using a wheelchair or an
ECV, the CMs will see the wheelchair and route you to the correct place.
If there are other needs besides a need for an accessible line, take the person to Guest Relations and explain the needs to the CMs.
