Handheld Captioning Device

My daughter will be needing a handheld captioning device, how early will I need to arrive at guest services to ensure we can obtain one for her. I know they are available on a first come first serve basis. Has anyone had difficulty getting one because they have "run out of devices"?
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

I do not think they run out that fast I think you should be fine if you get there with in the first hour or two. ( I am farly sure you could show up in the lay let afternoon and still get one)
