I just wanted to add that besides the fact that fake bags are ILLEGAL they are linked to terrorism, organized crime, human trafficking and child labor.

Do you really want to go through customs with contraband?

Not to argue, but many of the designer bags are made in China. You do realize that child labour goes into the real thing as well?

LV's are not made in China, only produced in USA, Paris, and now Spain. Just incase anyone is wondering. And no child labor for them, they are all handmade by adults. Not that we are talking about that level of luxury, but there are alot of those fakes, but just wanted to make sure everyone was aware...

Like previous poster stated, if she likes bags, have her check out the thread on the new Dooney and Bourke Disney Bags... they are SUPER cute and you can get them at WDW and DTD.

I purchased one of the new black Disney Dooney and Burkes at the World of Disney store in DTD. I love it. Very roomy. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I am taking my DW on the 9/19 sailing of the Magic to the Western Caribbean for our 10 year anniversary (was a surprise to her up until yesterday btw) and she is addicted to handbags/purses, no really, she may be in need of an intervention! They don't need to be designer but she does have good taste. So I was wondering if there are any great places that I can take her to in any of the ports we will be stopping. We also have two pre-teen DD we are leaving at home that have inheirited (sp) her addiction, so if anyone has had any good experiences or advice I would really appreciate it.

has a new Disney collection. They are too cute. They have a Minnie style (red seatbelts with little white dots and black trim) and a Disney cartoon printed seatbelt. You could order and surprise her "en cruise". I am a huge handbag aficiando...and esp love real designer bags, but also love, eg, sherpani for travelling and have fallen in love with these Harvey's bags.

Can't decide which style to order for my Christmas Cruise. Merry Christmas to me.

Also, I noticed a few of the Dooney's on sale online at the Disney store.

Have to chime in with my love and appreciation for Harvey's Seatbelt Bags. Have had a simple black one for 4 years now and it has held up beautifully. May need to add another more colorful one to the fold ...

Hey Caryn -- sounds like I may not be the only one on our cruise with the Minnie Harvey. I cannot decide which shape to get. Love the convertible and love the satchel. Love them all, actually. DD will be po'd b/c she'll want one.

Maybe Santa should bring it to me, but I'd want to use it from Day 1.
