Hampton Inn??? WDW all booked!

Has anyone stayed at the Hampton Inn in Davenport? From what I understand it is about 10 miles from Disney, the rates are really good, and I have stayed at Hampton Inn chain in the past... Just curious if anyone has stayed at this one...

Wanted to stay anywhere in WDW but everything except suites (which are a bit pricey for the amount of time in the room) is booked...

If you're considereing Davenport and are willing to consider other than the Hampton, we stayed at Reagal Palms Townhomes a few years ago and found them to be a good value(booked through bookit.com) and the pool complex with slide and lazy river is very nice.

Sorry, I haven't stayed there but just a heads up, anything past the end of December hasn't been loaded into the CRO system yet. All the resorts show as being filled to capacity until they update the computer. Rumor has it that new 2008 room only rates should be available tomorrrow but packages won't be until later in the summer. You can still "hold" a 2008 room only reservation (only if you call) but they can't give you the exact rate yet.

Thank you all! This was a real quick planned trip... We are at the hotel today and it is very nice very clean... About 12 miles from the World!!!

I don't. A friend of mine tried to book last weekend for a last minute trip this past week. Not ONE empty room. She didn't even get the "we have a Presidential Suite at the YC for $2,000 a night" offer. The CM told her EVERYTHING was full. She said he sounded pretty amazed!
