 Hi all. We are planning a trip for this July and we haven't stayed here before. We prefer to stay on property, who doesn't ;) but we are all out of DVC points until December. I was able to score a pretty good deal at this hotel and wondering if anyone has stayed recently and if you mind sharing any feedback both good and bad? How's the free breakfast, housekeeping, shuttle service (do they use ART)? I really dislike ART so I am hoping they have their own shuttle.

:thanks: for any info.

If you are talking about the Hampton Inn on Harbor, it is fine. Standard Hampton breakfast and comfortable beds. They do not have their own shuttle, ART is across the street. It's about a mile walk from the parks.

Thanks! I'm not sure I know what a standard Hampton breakfast is like. I know the Embassy Suites is a full hot, made to order breakfast. Is Hampton similar? Glad to hear the beds are comfortable. Ugh on ART and the mile walk. I hate to pay for park parking and hotel parking too.

The Hampton charges $12 a night for parking. Hampton breakfast has cereals, pastries, breads, yogurt and fruit. There will be hot items such as eggs or biscuits and gravy. They also have waffles. Not as extensive as Embassy Suites, but I think still a good breakfast.

Great, thank you! A few hot items for breakfast will be perfect. Maybe we'll walk the mile? $30 a day for parking seems extensive. Or I bet we can take a taxi for less than $18......

Did you look at the new Homewood Suites on Harbor, just south of Katella? I know you don't need the full kitchen ;) but it's a couple blocks closer and they have a similar breakfast to the Hampton. It's a Hilton chains well and you might even be able to get a 2 bedroom suite.

I did but the rate is too high. I was able to score an incredible rate for the Hampton Inn. The Homewood looks so much nicer though. And of course of the 2 bedroom suite sounds heavenly.

Plus we can't forget, you've got a (fill in the blank). :lmao:

We stayed there last fall. I highly recommend using Lyft and Uber for your transportation needs. If I recall correctly, it cost us maybe $8-$10 including tip.
