Hamiltons Reserve

Has anyone stayed in this subdivisions before? I don't know a lot about it. We've always stayed at Windsor Hills in the past and I have a hard time moving away from it. But there seem to be some great houses in Hamiltons Reserve. I'm just concerned about distance and traffic congestion. Its so easy to get to WDW from Windsor Hills. Also are there any facilities at Hamiltons Reserve like there are at Windsor Hills. ie: resort pool, clubhouse etc.

I have stayed in Hamiltons Reserve before and am staying there again (same house) on our next trip. Its not a resort community, its a regular neighborhood of homes. There are no community facilities. It appears to be a neighborhood of vacation homes and folks who live there all year.

The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We have never had any problems there and absolutely love it. It was about 5 minutes from the parks (no need for interstate) and traffic was never a problem at all.

I would highly recommend this neighborhood.
