My 4 year old daughter loves ham sandwiches, is there somewhere in each park I could get a ham sandwich? I know I could probably find one at the Norway and France bakeries but I'm not sure about the other parks.

Starring Rolls at the Studios has a ham sandwich on the menu. And ABC Commisary has a ham and cheese wrap especially for kids. Not sure about any of the places in AK tho.

I'm not sure of any off the top of my head, but you can check out all the menu's on www.allears.net

I have found they have the most up to date menu's.

Not exactly the same, but there's a turkey and swiss at Tamu Tamu (AK-Africa). Also, a kids pick of a turkey sandwich at Pizzafari in AK.
Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bill in MK have turkey sandwich's as well.
Sleepy Hollow in MK I believe may have an actual Ham sandwich, however it may be in a waffle?

Oh and I'm sure if you are eating a TS meal in MK you could get one at The Plaza.

Main St Bakery in MK

Starring Rolls in DHS

Norway in EP (might check Sunshine Seasons in the land they may have one too)

not sure about AK although one of the shops (beasty bazaar?) sells premade packaged sandwiches.

Also if you eat at some of the buffets at lunch, like crystal palace there is ham and slices of different breads where you can make a sandwich! I think Tusker house in AK too!

I hEAR ya ! 2 years go ( dd was 3) the only protein she would eat was ham. We are from NY and she loves Boars head ham.... But a close second was the hilshire farms in the ready to go container from Target.. we bought that and kept some in a small bag with an Ice pack... on the go ...or she ate it for breakfast OR before dinner when we came back to the room to relax.

It was also a good time for her to broaden her horizons as well....

I'm only putting this out there because I have a now 21 year old picky eater.

Does this sandwich have to look a certain way and only have certain things on it? Because while those CS places may have something like a ham sandwich it may not be two pieces of white bread with deli ham between them.

I have read the sandwiches at Starring Rolls are pre made in another kitchen so there are two issues, one you can't order one with only ham and bread and two they can run out of them maybe around 2:00 PM.

For TS, yea they may be able to make you a ham sandwich on white bread but only if they have white bread and only if they have ham, which they may not. There was a similar thread that asked about grilled cheese and everyone thinking, how hard is grilled cheese? It bread, cheese and butter. Well very few places have white bread on hand so they use whatever multigrain bread or bun they have and the gruyère cheese they use for their one and only sandwich.

I just don't want you to assume that you can get a ham sandwich anywhere and have a hungry cranky kid. (Been there done that).

I like the idea of packing at least one and keeping it a cooler.

I'm a huge fan of ham and cheese sandwiches! Chefs de France has a delicious ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. Its served grilled though....but I'll bet you could request it cold. 50's PTC has a great ham and cheese sandwich for lunch as well.
