Heated a small 2 'lb precooked bone in ham in the crockpot today for 3 hours with 7 up and brown sugar added.

Very moist and tender. .

Can't get any easier. Anyone else tried this? What do you add to the ham?

This is the only way to cook ham for me!!! Could it be any easier? I usually use a paste of brown sugar, dry mustard, and coke. Moist and tender...yummmmm!

from one who has never cooked a ham in the microwave..can you supply the amounts of brown sugar, coke, 7 up..whatever you used?..usually make a 5 lb ham so there are plenty of leftovers..thanks in advance!..oh...also..do you cook it on high..or on low..and how long for each?

That's the only way I do it. Cure 81 ham with brown sugar in the crockpot. Doesn't get any easier. :D
