Okay so I asked my friend if I should were a costume and her reply was if you want, the delima how do I find out if she and her friends are wearing costumes cuse I don't want to be the only one dressed up or not dressed up pluse dont' realy have the time to buy a costume I can make the time but it would be tight

I don't know who else is invied other wise I would what I thought abut doing is buying a costume bring it with me and if I the minority then I wil change into the costume

Wear black pants and top. Buy a pair of butterfly/ladybug/bumble bee wings & bring them with you. If people are dressed up put them on, if not you are in the clear. I bought an awesome pair of adult size butterfly wings at Joann craft store for about $6.

Well, you can at least ask her if she's wearing a costume, right? Or go to a costume store and see if they have a hat or t-shirt that says something like "this is my costume" or "last minute costume" or something.

Kohls had some cute shirts. I got a purple one with a witch hat on it and it says "if the hat fits". I plan to wear black capris, with black and purple knee hi's and I got a witch hat too! I am not a big costume person. Last year, I wore jeans, a red shirt, red shoes and I got a red cape and a devil's headband.

Our neighborhood has a party every year and some folks dress up and some don't. I figure I am kind of in the middle.
