Halloween

Can anyone tell me when they usually release the dates for Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party?

Last year it was Apr. 30. Previous years it was early May.

I have a question about the Halloween party. If I buy tickets to the Halloween party , do I also have to use one of the days on my regular ticket?

No, but you can then only go to the party which starts at 7pm I believe, although they do start letting people in earlier. If you have a ticket and not an AP then it would be best not to waste it, plus you will need your energy for the Party which lasts until midnight !

Last year we entered MK at 4:00 p.m. with our MNSSHP ticket.

That is correct...the 'party" starts at 7pm, but you can get into MK at 4pm with your ticket! It was great!!! We stayed out of the park until 4 and saved our pass for another day....

You can "unofficially" get in at 4. That probably won't change - it's in their best interest to start letting some in early, but it's not guaranteed.
