Halloween Wishes soundtrack at BLT Lounge?

Hello all,

I have been at the Top of the World Lounge during "regular" wishes and I know that the soundtrack is pumped through the speakers. Is this the case during Halloween Wishes? I can theoretically see Disney not doing so as this is a private party and perhaps the logic would be that in order to enjoy the special Wishes one must pay the party admission. Can anyone chime in with experience staying at BLT during a Halloween party?

They play the music during the parties. I've been for both Hallowishes and the Christmas party fireworks.

Is the lounge open to all DVC members during party nights, or is it exclusive to those staying at BLT?

It is open to all DVC members staying on property on party nights, they only have 4 restricted nights a year I think(4th of July and New Year's times).

The 4 black out dates are: 7/3, 7/4, 12/30 & 12/31. On the blacked out dates, you must be using your membership to stay at BLT to access the TOTWL.
