Halloween trip planning

I am starting to plan now so I can make my ADR's. Here is our story:

It will be me, DH and 2 DS ages 4 & 7 for 4 days at Polynesian, then my mom will be joining us, so we will be moving to POFQ. We will be there Oct 20-28 and plan on going to MNSSHP on Oct 25th. Here is my plan, I try not to be too commando, my DH would freak out.

Sat - flight arrive 12:20pm, check-in, go to MGM Studios, Sci-Fi Dine In, see Fantasmic

Sun - MK rope drop until 1pm, lunch at Kona Cafe, relax, Epcot around 4pm until Illuminations

Mon - sleep in, DS 7 Pirate Cruise 9:30-11:30, we will take DS 4 to Chef Mickey's, Animal Kingdom until close, maybe try to go MK just to see SpectroMagic...gotta love the monorail!

Tue - sleep in, Waterpark, 5pm kids go to Peter Pan Club, we go to Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Wed - sleep in, transfer to POFQ, meet mom about 11:30, have lunch, go to MGM Studios, dinner 50's Prime Time, Fantasmic

Thur - MK extra hour morning 8am - 11am (DH sleep in), whatever my mom wants to do (DTD, swim, Epcot?) 4pm MNSSHP, dinner Crystal Palace 5pm, mom might take the kids back when they are ready for bed, DH & I stay late

Fri - sleep in, Waterpark (Mom wants to go), whatever mom wants to do for dinner (DTD, Epcot, resort?)

Sat - Animal Kingdom rope drop, rest in room, 4pm MK for final rides & SpectroMagic

Sun - flight home 1:00pm
