Halloween Tickets

Hi

I have rang up Disney today as I ordered my Halloween tickets on the 30th June and still have not recieved them. I ordered them online to be sent to my home address as I have no printer.

I was informed by a guy that they will be sent out to my home address 8 days before the event, but had to inform him that I was leaving for France the week before. He said that he would try and get the booking department to send them earlier.

I have noted on Disneyland paris fans facebook site that some have already recieved their tickets, one had rang up and ordered them, so just wondered if he has misunderstood or is there a difference from buying online to buying over the phone.

Has anyone else been told this and is there and e-mail adddress that I can contact to follow up my telephone conversation with him today.

I will give them until the end of September and ring them again.

I bought mine over the phone and received them a few weeks ago, about three weeks after ordering them.
