I just got off the phone and got MNSHP & MVMCP tickets, the lady said they were going fast as the offical date for sale is tomorrow. They have gone up in price. Thanks to DIS for the heads up....

Yikes - that's a bit much! Especially considering it seemed like the parties were a good bit more crowded last year and the food options are so limited.

We weren't counting on going again this year, and the price hike may seal the deal.

Ah well, for that money we can both eat at the Kona Sushi bar.... TWICE!

Geez, they went up alot this year. I am going to have to think about that one. That is a nice meal at the Yachtsman or several meals at some of the other places we like to eat.

Yikes.........I nearly choked when I gave the cm my cc number. If it wasnt for the fact that we are going with friends who have never been to disney and that my kids were begging me to do the mnsshp we wouldnt be going. I cant beleive how much it was for tickets. I guess we will be eating mac & cheese for the next month, and not the name brand either. LOL

We have gone to both the MNSSHP & MVMCP the last 5 years. It had become a family tradition. The price increase this year, even for the Passholder Discount @ $52.19 Adult / $45.80 Child in this economy is a little much for a family of 4. This year it will be just enjoying all that the Fort has to offer at the holidays for free.

We're making our first (and possibly only ever) trip to WDW in November. I just got an email from my DU agent saying that she had secured us tickets for MVMCP! We get to go on my birthday, so that makes it extra exciting.

Coming from a country where Christmas is celebrated in the middle of summer we are looking forward to seeing the fake snow, lol.
