Halloween season at the Fort

Is it me or are there pretty much few sites who have decorated for Halloween? I know it's still August, but I have come here at this time (2nd week of August to the last week) for the last 3 years and many sites were decorated. It's so much fun riding the golf cart and seeing all the decor. This year, it's been dead. (no pun intended).
