Halloween Party

Have they released any additional information about the Halloween Parties at California Adventure??

I want to buy the tickets on Monday, but I'm not sure if I should do 1 or 2 nights.

If it's not that elaborate and they only do Trick or Treating then I only want to do 1.

Does anyone know if they will have any special kinds of shows, characters, fireworks, parade,...etc.

We've been to MNSSHP at WDW 2 times and will be going this year on 9/30. Will it be similiar to MNSSHP or scaled down a bit.

What do you think, should we do 1 or 2 parties??? We were going to do 1 party the first weekend and another the second weekend.

I've never been to MNSSHP but when they did Mickey's Halloween treat 10 years ago, It was more trick or treat type stuff. There were characters walking around dressed up in halloween stuff, and people dressed up as ghosts (I think they were supposed to be from Haunted mansion). I think there may have been some sort of parade, but it wasn't all that elaborate if I recall. I mainly remember most of the rides being open and the trick or treating.

That's what I thought since it's alot cheaper than MNSSHP & the hours are also shorter. But I just wanted to double check and see if anyone has heard anything additional.

For AP members, they go on sale August 1st; for the grotesque populace, as Peter Tilden used to say, they go on sale September 1st.

Like newfamilyman said, they go on sale for AP holders on Monday 8/1.

I believe when Disneyland offered the Halloween party in the past, the event sold out during AP sales (But I could be wrong).

Hope you can make it in!! Do you know what day your going? Maybe I can add your group to my order. We are going on Friday 10/21 for sure. And if we do the second day, it would be Saturday 10/29.
