1. The actual dates will be announced in early May.
But, if you look carefully at the now-posted MK hours calendar for Sept. (HERE)
you can see that MK closes on some nights at 7PM.
Many of those dates will be nights of MNSSHP.
2. Tickets go on sale on-line/phone in early May.
3. The actual party starts at 7PM,
but guests with party tickets may enter MK as early as 4PM on the day
of their party.
The party runs until Midnight.
Dates are officially announced late April/early May with tickets going on sale on or around May 1. They can be ordered online or by phone once they are on sale. The rumored start date is 8/29, which is a couple of weeks earlier than normal (last year's first party was 9/10). The September hours can be found here, and party dates will be the dates that MK closes at 7pm, with the exception of the 5th and 6th, which will be the dates for Night of Joy...
The party is officially from 7pm to midnight, but your party tickets will get you into MK at 4pm. If you wish to enter prior to 4pm, you will need to use a regular park ticket and then hit up one of two in-park locations to get your party ticket scanned and get your wristbands and trick or treating bags.
I am hoping to actually enjoy MNSSHP this Sept. We have purchaded tickets the last 2 years, shown up in costume(child anyway; adults have tshirts made to match child's costume), and have been rained on both times. I don't mean drizzle either! Haven't made it past 9:00 yet. 3rd times a charm, right?
