Halloween party, what time will they let us in?

Does anyone know what time they allow guests to enter the parks for the Halloween party? We have tickets for Sept 20th if that matters at all.

Usually 3 pm

3 hours before the start of the party, so 3pm or 4pm depending on the day. I believe weekends are the 4pm days (party at 7pm).
