Halloween party - what rides are open?

Do they open up the whole park for this, or are only certain rides open? I mean, is something like Tiki birds open, or is it just the "biggies"?

Also - do they do Wishes, or are there special fireworks for this?

And my last question is, do they supply enough resort buses at midnight or do you have to wait forever!?!?!

For Halloween, it was an expanded Fantasy in the Sky presentation. For Christmas, it was the expanded Wishes. Wishes started in the middle of the Halloween parties, so this year it should be Wishes.

Most rides are open, some minor attractions are not (most likely Tiki is not, don't recall though).

We were at MNSSHP this past Halloween and I didn't notice anything that wasn't open. We went on most rides/attractions, but didn't try to get on everything. Its safe to say that the vast majority of the rides and attractions are open.
