How about
Edible eyeballs - make Rice Krispie Treats and form them into balls, about 1 or 2 inches across. Add a pastel M&M or other small round candy for the iris and dot the candy with frosting or gel for the pupil.
Creepy Punch - just take a latex glove and fill with any red colored punch and freeze. Remove the latex and float in white grape juice or any light colored punch. Don't worry if a finger falls off while removing the latex, just makes it more creepy.
Spider Dip Bowl - 2 loaves frozen Sweet Dough, thawed; 2 raisins; 1 egg, beaten. Form one loaf into a round ball for body. With other loaf form a small round ball (about one eighth of loaf) and 8 strips and roll into ropes for legs. Place small round ball above body (for the head). Place legs under head and upper body. Place raisins on head for eyes. Place on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Brush with beaten egg and cover with plastic wrap coated with nonstick spray. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from spider and bake 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool on rack. Slice off top of body and hollow out. Line with lettuce and spoon in salsa or nacho dip. My kid prefers spinach dip or ranch.
Ghost Suckers - Tootsie Roll Pops, Kleenex (I prefer inexpensive white fabric cut into 8" squares with pinking shears) and Yarn or Thin Ribbon. Cover the Tootsie Pops with the kleenex, tie ribbon or yarn around the bottom of sucker around stick, with black marker dot two eyes. Done!! This is a great craft project to have on hand for a Halloween Party that the kids can make themselves.
